May 2014 Meet - Sat 5/10 Duke Island Park, Bridgewater

Our annual BBQ at Duke Island Park. We think this will be a great day, so plan for it now!
When: Saturday 5/10/14
Time: Starts at 2pm, start grilling around 3
Where: Duke Island Park

Regarding the food this year:
We are going to be doing things differently than years prior. In the past we have asked people to bring things pot-luck style.
This year we are just going to do a buy-in to a club supermarket purchase. This is so that we don't have overkill in some areas and deficiencies in others as well as equalizing participant contributions.
Pricing is as follows:
$10 power member prepay
$15 prepay
$20 at the gates regardless of power member status
+1's will pay the same rate as the member
Send pre-payment to BonzoHansen @ NJFBOA.org (remove the spaces!)
Please send as gift to avoid fees.
As far as the menu there will be standard burger/dog/potato chip fare in addition to bbq chicken, pasta salads, veggies, beans/corn and such as our collective budget allows. If you have any special dietary requests or allergies please let us know in advance and we will do everything we can to accommodate you or your guest.
You can feel free to bring things as well, however you will still need to pay the meet fee. Any proceeds will be either used to keep the lights on here or donated to a charity.
For anyone that posts up saying 'maybe', please try to update your status a few days before the meet if possible.

I had vegetarians in mind when I said "special requests".
If you want them they will be there. Any brand in particular? I know some are tastier than others but I don't know which.

I believe Paul said we have the big gazebo but Ive never seen it in person so I dont know if it would still be useable for a meet if its raining.
