Coolest program EVER, I swear it'll blow your mind!!!
Keyhole 2 LT or NV (depends on your graphics card).
This software has a 14 day trial and then a yearly substription. It uses the satalite photography that's been released from the government to map the world into one large image. You enter an address and it'll literally fly you there. Even has elevation to within a foot .
Check it out, this might suprise Justin. BTW, I did NOT enter an address, I just went from the directions I had from the intersection of 31 and 95, wasn't hard following the road to the 7-11 intersection and then there you are with the camaro in the driveway, lol.
I've been playing with this for a couple of days and it's just unreal how much documentation there is about even the most remote locations.

Ok...that's kinda scary.
At least the car is hard to see, so now maybe not everyone on this board will know exactly where I live. Any info on what date the pictures were taken?

I don't know when it was taken but it's relatively new like in the last couple years. Look at things like buildings that might have just been constructed to get a good sence of the time.
I've got E-town, Atco, and Island all pined out and from the looks of it E-town is only a hop skip and a jump away from me . The rest require highway. It's so cool double clicking on a stored location because it'll slowely zoom out, pan, and zoom in. Really gives you a sence of how small (or big) you really are. Today I visited the grand canyon, microsoft, Area 51, Paris, London, and Hawaii 8) . There is a built in measuring tool so you can actually measure routes YOU might drive instead of having to go by the mapquest/mapblast directions. I measured how far my Dad lives from his practice by starting where he parks in his driveway! 2.714 miles to where he parks in his parking lot. Very cool stuff.

This program is ok but nothing compared to real GIS software that I use we do this stuff everyday at work, you should check out Pictometry for actual close up pictures. Those programs are good for trials, but if you want real stuff thats neat and scary GIS is the way to go. 00BlackZ can I'm sure back me up here. We have photos that are closer and even better resolution than that software uses.
Just my 2 cents.

How much does it cost and what are some of the features? Their website kind of sucks. I can't find anything about it other than "satalite images".
