Man, the only saving grace is my RT's are generally pretty good -
Usually anywhere between .10 - .20, so if I can ever dial in this car after the mods, I should be able to cut a good 1+ sec off my times
Best 106mph
.005 RT
13.54
2.09 60'
Again, BEST but averaging 13.8 - 14.0 depending on driver/track conditions.

when i go time trials i dont care about rt. iso i take my time on the tree and just practice launching.seems the rs is harder to get a good launch out of then either of my v8 cars, though i fianlly got a real goos suspension setup in the rs now, just gota get the car back to the track, but i prolly wont do that till the turbo setup is complete

M6's suck for the 1/4..........nothing like learning the hard way! I believe it is truly an art launching these damned things.
Much easier w/A4 and high-stall (lol), but then that takes the challenge out of it IMO. What's the expression, HP is only as good as your ability to hook.

and I believe that is the expression, although it hp should be replaced with torque. afterall, hp is just a calculated number based off torque and a few other things

I think the fastest N/A LS1 would be WS6TransAm01. He hardly ever posts here, but he recently ran a 10.561 @ 129.14. Heads/Cam/Bolt-ons...

Absolutely. My BEST 60' with the 5 speed is a 2.3. Of course, trying to do it in a car set up for handling and on 17" street tires doesn't help either .

10.561 smokin'
Must have had a little help (w/weight reduction)
Went over ALL time slips and didn't realize I actually did better (on average) w/the Firehawk 275/40/17 vs the Michelin Sport A/S's. Makes sense since treadwear and compound is softer
Prior post of 13.54 was a red-lighted time by .004sec
10/1/04 US Rt 13 Dragway (race weight 3,865#):
R/T .144
60 2.126
330 5.813
1/8 8.818
MPH 81.35
1000 11.387
1/4 13.734
MPH 104.90
9/17/05 MIR (race weight 4,020)
R/T .179
60' 2.066
330 5.729
1/8 8.798
MPH 81.28
1000 11.408
1/4 13.601
MPH 103.59Looks like I am indeed in need of some improvement.

Yea, he's got the basics done. I think he said it's a 3250ish race weight. He's got threads up about it in the Eastern and Drag Racing results sections of LS1Tech.
