I've been to them in Florida.... they were very good!
Food and drinks were "above" what I expect out of fast food.

THE CLOSEST SONIC TO MOST OF US IS IN DE. RIGHT PAST DOVER DOWNS. I have went to this one 2 times in the past 2 months. Yup I drive over a hundred miles to eat Sonics. I love it only fast food burgers i eat since McDonalds/BK are nasty to me! Here is the site

You are VERY wrong with that statement!! AC to Woodstown is OVER 60 miles (one way).
http://www.mapquest.com/directions/m...&2s=DE&2z=&r=f
Map Quest says its 130.

Some of them do. There's one in NYC on University Place near NYU and Washington Square Park (or at least it was there a few years ago when I went to school there).
Sonic is awesome! They have a '50s theme and the food is pretty good. I've been to like 5 or 6 different ones and they've all been good.

5 or 6 different ones in a period of 4 days
Sonics are good, I was honestly hoping for better, but they were definitely an experience. I wish In n Out burgers would move east, that would be amazing.
