i was going to say just go out and kill someone. maybe thats what you really need
as other people were saying, if you start working out and eating somewhat healthy u will notice a difference or before you get pissed off at something just like stop and think if its worth getting that mad

So, after a long weekend of fixing my cousins mustang and installing his system, my mom decided to surprise me and buy the truck i have been wanting but i have to pay her back. but its saved me the worrying of getting the money in time before its sold. so i think that lifted some stress off me. when it gets home, hopefully tomorrow, i will get pics.
and i have gone towards trying to eat better...went shopping today and instead of ice cream or something as a snack i got fruit and whatever.
thank you guys for input, please continue as i still feel angry.

Don't drink the water in Columbia. OK, don't laugh but I've found that when I slow down and drive the speed limit that I'm more relaxed going home. Especially on Fridays when everyone from New York stays in the left lane on Rt. 80.
Cool news on the truck, didn't that put you in a better mood?

well, like they say, GIGO == garbage in, garbage out. if you are eating like crap, then your system doesn't have what it needs and that imbalance can affect all kinds of things.
so, you've decided to eat better. just out of curiosity, when was the last time you had a satisfying dump? if you are clogging your intestines with garbage, then you probably aren't dumping like you should. as a quick fix, just to get things rolling, you can try a stool softener or even baby laxative. but in the long run, eating right will allow you to dump regular. regular means a few times a day, in case you didn't know (you're eating several times per day, you should be evacuating that many times as well. otherwise, there is something wrong). roughage, like apples with the skin and course, dark green leafy vegetables will help tremendously. ever wonder why popeye was so strong? he was dumping after eating all of that spinach!
one large dump per day isn't enough.

Yeah, I get my share of flare-ups. I blame it on being German.
Today was a good example. Crappy day at work, feel like **** for some reason, and lo and behold some D-bag in a Porsche Cayenne throws a cig out their window and it bounces off my windsheild. Usually I'd just let it go and keep driving but when I threw my hands up to signify "WTF" he or she casually "waved me off" with a limp wrist like a true *******.
So I busted off a piece of one of the crappy cigars in my briefcase and lit it up in the car (I've never, ever done that. First time in 10 years. I usually only have a cigar once every 3-6 months or so). I smoked it down till it was ashed pretty good (this did not help my sick stomach), and then drove past him or her and flicked the fat bastard onto his/her windsheild and sped off.
Effective? Yeah, looked like a firework when it hit. Bad move? Sure. Illegal? Probably. And it just proved that I could rise to the occasion and be the bigger D-bag.
The older I get the less I do this stuff, but like I said- a flare up every now and then.

its like every time i start to feel better someone pisses me off. i was feeling fine, felt like it was going to be a good day..this was saturday...and some asshat decides to do 35 in a 50....usually i ride their ass and they go faster but there was someone between us...now its a hour ride to my girlfriends and thats doing speed limit...he did 35 like 1/2 the ride...i then get to the center of a town where theres 2 lanes...go past him and then i get stuck behind someone who did 45 in a 50 the rest of the way..absolutely pissed me off. took an hour and a half instead of an hour!
wtf possesses people to go 15 under for like 15-20 miles?!?!?!

Best advice I can give you is to pick your battles and don't get too worked up over small stuff. Sounds cliche but it's true.

+ 1, deep breathes and just think before you do something. Or try and avoid something that you know will piss you off.

sounds to me like you've got way too much stress in your life. now, some of it you can control and some you can't. knowing which crap you have to take and which you can let slide is the key. sitting behind someone for 15-20 minutes? in all that time there was no room to pass? no passing lane at all? shiiiiiiiit, i would've found a way to pass. i find ways to pass people going 10 over the limit, i can sure find a way around some asshat that's going under.
so figure out what you can control and let the rest of it slide right off you. it's a learned process, but once you get a handle on it you can watch the other idiots flipping **** and laugh at them.

seriously, the best thing to do there is pull off somewhere, some store or something, go in, walk around, calm down and then leave. you're just gonna catch up to them anyhow, but at least you didn't spend the whole time being focused on how muhch it sucks to be behind them
