Correction, you can THINK you are better, but it will be far from the truth. Gutted Civic hatch that runs lot tens is not better than fully loaded C6z which runs slower. At least not to me. Same applies to a turd gen and that STI. Although it is ugly inside too.

Nice ricer argument. One can buy a civic hatch do <30k in mods and whoop some vettes ass at the drag strip. I've seen hatches run low 10's. Does that mean the Civic is better? Hey you are saving a ton by buying a honda....

Lets see he wants to trade a 401awd modded car for a Viper that puts out more wheel stock. I doubt he will be finding many takers. I am sure he will get good money for his car, but there not many Viper owners wishing they had a STI instead.

Very true. Just do us all a favor and tell the Supra guys that.
In addition, a **** of people seem to throw away money when they are modifying thier cars. I've seen $20k thrown into a vette drivetrain to only get 550 flywheel.

If you can't use the power properly, or your power curve is a big spike then you are pissing away money and performance as it's not a balanced combo.

$38K worth of mods to a car is pretty hefty. No reason to compare modding car A to car B since the mods depend on the intended use of the car. Road race vs drag race vs drifting vs show car. Seems crazy to dump that much into it and come up way short with the fueling and power though.
