DING. The man speaks the truth. The whole private property thing doesn't mean jack unless it's your property.

Either way it's a dick move by the cop. I'm sure he's seen your car there plenty of times and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out you're an employee at one of the businesses there. Now THAT'S the kind of cop that gets under my skin.

Parking tickets like that are written when someone has a pound of sand in their vagina and they need to take it out on someone that isn't bothering anyone.

The chances of that are about as slim as a LT1 beating a LS1

personally i think it is stupid to take up 2 spots... and its only $50 i would suck it up and pay it because as said before, you will have to pay court fee's and i really don't think they would drop it

if nobody else parks in the back of the lot, why do you take up 2 spots? nobodys going to park next to you, if "nobody" parks back there.

pay it and quit being a ricer

I am with Matt on this one. I don't think the cop gave you a ticket because he was an ******* I think he gave you a ticket because you parked in two spots despite there being less cars who park in the back. Anyway good luck with it but it looks like you gotta pay.

I agree. If you are worried about your car or where you park it there are easy ways to make sure you are parking to protect your car. Always try to park on the end of a row, if you have to park next to someone else, try to park on the passenger side of the other car since people drive alone more often than not, and try to park near entrance/exit lanes you know are lesser used.

The logic that the cop did something because your car is modded is comical to me, do you really think they care that much about your car? Police earn a nice salary and I would bet that he has something much nicer than your car sitting at home or at the station.

never meant it in that way... i meant it in the way as that i mod my car so i must drive like an ass and never obay the law

il probably pay it...and eat something dum from that station again, but first im gonna find out who the cop is because i cant tell by the signature, if its a certain cop im definately fighting it

Ignorance of the law is no excuse, pay up.
If you fight it court costs will just take your money, so they get it either way.

No matter what the story... probably for "harassment", right?

You still broke the law, you were wrong, even if it may be an LEO that you have/had a tiff with, he is in the right to ticket you.

All but maybe 1 or 2 of the Roxbury cops are really really nice guys. I am under the same union as Roxbury PD, and frequently BS with them. Ahhh the perks of working for the town

Besides, Roxbury PD rarely frequent that mall unless they are grabbing a bite to eat at the Vermont Pancake House or attend to complaints (mostly by the ricer hangout at Micky D's).... so, it's not like the cop drove by and decided to give you a ticket because he felt like being an *******... someone called and complained about you taking up two spots. Just go to town hall and pay the fine.

That's even worse IMO. I'd rather get a ticket for that from a cop that was in a bad mood rather than some idiot taking the time out of their day to call the cops because a vehicle was taking up two spots.

Ummm... not really. Someone breaks the law on purpose, prepare to suffer the consequences. I'd rather know that I got a ticket because someone saw me breaking the law on purpose, rather than a cop just being a complete dickhead.

i hate when people take up 2 spots..just ignorance imo. if you don't want your car dinged up park far away from everyone else. but it seems no matter how far away you park some idiot will park next to you.

i understand you did it as a joke but it was a 50 dollar joke! pay up..move on
