Often enough to get annoyed with a car cover I guess.

Although this week it has just sat, rain is sucky.

I have a good wax on it now, I am gonna give it a nice cleaning once it gets nice out again.

i use this atleast once a week to wash it, the wax beads give it a nice shine

or i use this turtle wax soap, which is okay i think it leaves residue if you dont rinse real well and dry fast enough

happy washing

If you're going to drive it pretty often, don't waste time with a cover. Taking it on and off that much will not be good for it. Dirt/dust will get through a car cover that breathes anyway. Just try washing it once a week. Hosing it down and not drying it will leave the water residue buildup so you really need to dry it each time. And don't use those mitts or sponges to wash with, they do more damage to the clearcoat than you could imagine.
