Run twin compressors. If it works for turbos for my boost it'll work for ac compressors 
But in all seriousness you could try spacing the condenser away from the radiator and perhaps add a push fan. The only place that wrapping pipes will benefit is on the cool side lines. I'm terrible with ac so I couldnt tell you if thats hi or low but I believe it is low.
