People seem to be limiting it to car companies, but I've found Discover Cards to have great customer service when I called for an issue with my credit card.

I have seen some of their offbeat stuff coming from china for a few years now, but if they are dumping all of their tools over there it's gonna be a bad time.

Oldish thread, I know.

The Goruck group recently had a run of custom bottles made sporting Goruck Challenge and Green Beret Foundation logos as a fundraiser for, you guessed it, the GBF. Very nice bottles made in America, produced by Liberty Bottle Works.

Well the other day my bottle was knocked off my desk and fell to the ground, receiving a small dent just where the base starts meeting the main part of the bottle. I knew there were no extras from the individual who had the run made, so I emailed Liberty Bottle Works last night explaining my situation to see if they had any tips on getting it to lay flat again (the bottom was now convex). They emailed back quickly, only asking my address. After sending my address, the EVP emailed back copying another member of his team saying he saw an extra in the conference room and to send it to me in the morning.

Yeah it was only a $20, but I think that's what makes it more impressive. This is the second or third time in a year a company who builds products here over-delivered on their service commitment and had great communication. Shows that Americans can still be proud of making things here

Since Nickapedia bumped it, another vote for summit.

Found a real low priced set of pistons on amazon, was a lil sketched out as they were not an official dealer, called summit and voila, matched price and free shipping. Tech was from the mid west and actually wanted to verify the parts would fit the application rather than just bill me.

Summit is great to do bussiness with.

Medatronics has easily the best customer service I've ever seen. Paul will almost step you through an entire trans rebuild over the phone and will go out of his way to get shipping prices as low as possible.

For my bikes, Taylor Made Racing... They make high quality Carbon Fiber parts, ordered some parts up one day, they discounted me for the military address, I never asked for the discount or knew they offered one. And when it failed to ship to my unit address they called me to help get it to another address free of charge.

I thought that was super rare in California

Twist Machine

I made a minor purchase from Twist in March. Just a new helmet for my big ole head. I emailed him on a Monday night to see if it was in stock. I got return email later that night. I ordered it Tuesday afternoon, then sent him an email afterwards about sizing, which he replied to quickly. Helmet came in that same Friday. Kudos on excellent service and pricing.

Just bought a rear from Quick Performance and their customer service was great. Helped me put big time with all of the questions they answered. Also Midwest Chassis (MWC) has been great to deal with over the past few days...
