just do like me and my buds on road trips.

pull over before the toll, take off your plates, run through EZ pass, then put em back on down the road.

simple

Hey I never said anything about not paying the tolls....

Paying the tolls is important. When someone doesn't pay, we all suffer the increases.

Well, I suppose the limit was technically 40mph.

lesson learned. i guess it was just an experiment, not an attempt to bypass the toll-paying aspect of the trip. i completely understand now.

still, it was a little dangerous. you could've taken yourself out before the toll and taken at least one toll-taker with you. all ball-busting aside, think about what you're doing before you actually do it. it just seems a little reckless from my point of view (and obviously others).

drive defensively, not like a moron.

Jim,

Express lanes don't have any tollbooth workers in the vicinity. It is 2 wide-open lanes; toll workers get to their booths from the opposite side so they don't go anywhere near the express lanes.

As for hurting myself, I have a death wish :P j/k

so that makes it less stupid when there are other cars on the road and a merge jsut a few hundred yards past the toll? face it, what you did was pretty damn dumb.
