Yet another Bubba based concept that is completely misguided yet somehow rather interesting. I haven't ever seen a pro-street Saab before. Gotta say it would be very different.

This could reach the same weirdness scale as the Volvo Alcohol Funny Car that some guy showed up with at the Super Nats at Etown one year.

A Chevy-powered Saab? Hmmm...several expressions come to mind...

One man's trash is another man's treasure.
To each his own.
He marches to the beat of a different drummer.
You can't polish a turd.

It sounds like an ugly fat chick. Fun to ride, but don't let your friends catch you! And it's like a horrifying car wreck: If you do a build thread, I will HAVE to read it.

Yeah, and Wayfast's car runs.

Give us a break man... how many projects do you wanna have going at once. The point of a damn DD is to not spend any more money than necessary on it and for it to be disposable. Grab a junkyard trans, or sell/junk the car, but for christ sake, you're reminding me of a certain (ex?) member who was gonna throw a 502 twin turbo with a t56 into a 4th gen... oh yeah and it was gonna be a street driven car... with paint from a stealth bomber to deflect radar.

well, the V6 is bout done...I just gotta get the motor in and plug everything in...the trans isn't that easy to find for a saab....its a 5-speed not an auto, so that don't help. I found one junk yard that has it and they want 900 for it. I'd rather just waste the time putting the 350 in then spent that much on a trans that might not even be good
