Its been a while, finally its winter time again, so work is lil slow. Good for giving me some time to work on car, but Bad for income...lol

Here's some pics, Didn't want to update old thread cause I changed quite a few things, so made a new thread. Here's the run down:
4XX ci LSX
LS3 heads (cnc'd)
custom cam I spec'd 231/239 610/600 114
92/90mm Ls3/L92 intake (ported)
96lb injectors w/twin pumps & surge tank/pump assy
Twin 67mm hair dryers
4" Intercooler w/Meth
Twin 3.5" downpipes merged to single 4" back to rear w/4" cutout @ drivers fender.
Viper Spec t56
Twin disk clutch
Moser 12bolt 3:73's (posi) w/spool as back up
Chromely Tubular Lca's,A-arms,k-member,etc..
QA1 all 4 corners
8pt w/swing outs
Full interior w/ all bells & whistles with A/C !!!

All Stainless tubing work,frame work,turbo kit, Fabricated & built by yours truely!!!

Goal: 1000hp+ full street trim drag/D.D. car w/ air conditioning.

Rad support(s) already been removed,boxed, & and I built a Tubular front section to hold stand up radiator,condenser, & intercooler. When I feel like mounting all of them to post a complete pic I will.

chain is for lifting motor in & out fitment of pipes & modifications to frame,chassis etc... alot easier to tack parts together, pull motor, weldup and reinstall,

I was going to shift steering rack towards the driver side wheel 1" and just run a 1" longer tierod, but was worried about bumpsteer. but was able to cut steering shaft ujoint & and relocate closer to frame rail, the big bulky stock ujoint and attachment coupling was my issue.

Look below, You can see I have just enuff clearance between the stock tierod and frame, once relocate the linkage over, I'll have 3"8-1/2" clearance.

Curt, they are attachments that are locked on to individual posts. I do not know if there's a way to merge them all.

If you have time, here's a photobucket primer I wrote that will let you skip the attachment BS and post bigger pics:

I dunno if you can even get maniflods to flow enough for 1000+ hp.

Truck manifolds can support higher than 1000+hp. Its been proven.
They will not allow me to keep my A/C in stock location, if at all. And with truck manifolds faced foward, drops the flange right on top of the compressor.

Plussss.... Nothing looks sweeter than a set of custom foward mount stainless headers!!! Until I wrap them...

wrapping headers or dp's is a terrible idea. it can collect oil and caught fire and the wrap holds heat and can and will crack ss pipes. black jet hot is the only good way to keep heat out.

I disagree... will only collect oil if you have a oil leaking pos... and the wrap is made to hold heat.. thats the point!!! The more heat retention the higher the exhaust velocity which helps speed up the spooling of the turbos.
Aso for cracking issues, My stainless is .065 & thicker, so seriously doubt I will have any issues with that.
Most guys jet hot coat mild steel due to the fact that wrapping the pipes will promote moisture retention & rust pipes out. This is why Im building every part out of stainless.
