92 Camaro for a 1st Car

My friend Dave and I are putting together a 1992 Camaro RS Coupe for my sister. Its a 3.1liter V6 with an auto trans and has 130K on it. Do you guys feel that this is a good first car?

We did all the body work on it (just needs paint), good tune up and it generally drives very well. Before she takes it back to school I'll bring it to Aamco for the powerpurge to the tranny and service the rear.

Well.... with the source of parts.... and knowledge here...... it probably isn't a bad 1st car.

Parts should be cheap.

Car is relatively easy to work on.

Got pic's?

Here is a couple of pics when I first got it.....

Now the car has a blue front clip and 85-90 GFX all around. When I bring it in for paint I will have them do the purple haze again and possibly the anniversary stripes.

My first car was an '85 2.8/auto - of course I think it's the best first car!
