more progress

The 4th gen rear is in, brakes are working...Wilwood proportioning valve is installed...spohn LCAs, relocation brackets, adjustable panhard..all installed. 1LE sway bars are installed as well, with new polyurethane bushings/endlinks. some minor modification was needed to make the e-brake cables work properly...had to drill 2 holes in the body ...if i put the rear seats back in you wont ever see the bolt holes. now we've got to weld in some plates for the rear belts to bolt to/to cover the hole.

tires dont stick out too bad...i almost like it...still wouldnt mind some 4th gen backspaced rims though. ive got pics of it all (camera phone style of course) if anyone wants to see anything.

well Tim...

I believe Jon is coming to town tomorrow to tune her. Â*The transmission wont be ready...and the SFCs wont be on but i want to take my car to my prom Â* . Â*its thursday. Â*so ill spend all of memorial weekend doing any breaking in i deam necessary. Â*i know the engine doesnt need it because its a hydraulic roller...but it will make my dad feel better.

after this weekend...ill be taking the transmission to a shop with some guy who my dad/auto shop teacher are friends with...and hes gonna put in my shift kit and all that good stuff. Â*so ill be without the car for another 4 days once i bring it to him.

the SFCs...i dont want to tear down the 1/4 without em. Â*So either my shop teacher will weld em in for me...but if he doesnt give me a good window of time (i want it done right away, as you can imagine)...ill be either going to 9secfirebird's place to get em done there, or ill drive out to Spohn and let them do it at their shop. Â*For that, it depends on pricing.

You can bet that once those SFCs are on...the tuesday following ill be at Atco. Â*

oh...do you know of anyone who might have some slicks they would let me borrow for a pass or two?
