Story about our meet we had a month ago

A C.I. meet, not NJFBOA.....

A month ago some tool in a Purple LS1 T/A WS6(also had white firehawk rims, white ram air inserts, and white 30th anny stripes) decides to do doughnuts in the lot we have our meets at the mall here in NJ. I didn't get to witness this since we were all leaving to go on a cruise(30+ cars). I looked over as we left and saw him doing doughnuts = :thumbdown . Anyways 10 minutes after we left he goes flying across the parking lot and doesn't see the 8 inch curb that divides the other parking lot and hits it going 40+ mph. The car flies the length of a whole parking spot before it lands on the ground busting the oil pan and slides for 60+ feet. Needless to say the car is ****ed up.

Anyways, keeping that in mind, a cop pulls up to my friends at the meet this sunday and asks my friend Ed, and I quote "You guys aren't going to take your cars over any sweet jumps are you?"

I was rolling. I could not believe he said that.

Whole front suspension, front clip, oil pan, rims/tires. I don't know what else he screwed up.

Was that a Bright Purple Metallic 98, a TRUE WS6 car??? If so, if it's the one I'm thinking of, I would have bought that car about 2 1/2 years ago but I saw it when I was deployed.

Usually they range from 15-25 cars, but we do have some big ones. We cruise from the cherrry hill mall, to the wawa on 38/541, then hit a u turn and come back.

That was about the time I saw one for sale. I think it was in either NY or Michigan, but the dude didn't know how rare it was and was only asking like 15K for it with 50K miles at the time. Too bad such a jackass got ahold of it.
