do you exceed the speed limit?
a new survey of drivers found that one of the aggravating factors that add to stress on the road is speeding drivers. so, do you speed? how much is acceptable, over the limit? do you speed everywhere, or just in certain spots/on certain roads? does the speeding of other drivers aggravate the road conditions?

well since neither of my vehicles have a speedometer that read even CLOSE to accurate I would have to say 5-10 over usually but like said before except in school free drug zones.

I usually stay at the speed limit around town and on small streets but stay around 10-15 over on the highway or if the flow of traffic is higher I'll do whatever everyone else is.

I choose the 6-10 over. That's about average. In neighborhoods and around the elementary schools I keep it to 25, but around town is usually 5-10 over. Highways are usually between 75 and 80, sometimes more depending on traffic.

Who was the clown who posted, a few months back, that he did nearly 200 mph through the toll booths in southern NJ?
Maybe we should contemplate a Darwin Award section of the forums.

usually stay under 5 over the limit on local roads...
road like Rt 22 usually keep it no higher than 60...
on GSP, TP, and other big roads, I do what ever traffic allows me to do provided I have no passengers...

In town: Speed limit, no more.
Other local/country roads: 5 over, no more.
Highways, Expressways, Turnpikes, etc.: As fast as traffic (and my car) allows.
If I'm in a hurry: What speed limit? hehe

Around town, Im usually 5 over the posted, except when Im taking the backroads in my neighborhood I roll through. On the highway Im usually 10 or so over the limit. But when it comes to off ramps WAY over the posted speed. When I have passengers I obey the limit.
Im told I drive like an old man, but I also do alot of Un-nessecary Acceleration.
