ahhh that sucks dude.....my first dog was put to sleep back in '96. She had lymphoma....I'll admit it, I cried like a baby when my parents took her to the vet that one last time.
cheer up....remember all the good times you had with the dog, and know that it's in a better place. hopefully you'll see it again someday, when it's your turn to go.

The hardest thing I ever had to do was put my dog to sleep. I don't think I ever cried so hard. But I have dreams about him almost all the time, so it's like he's still there .... as they say, all dogs go to heaven

Thanks everyone, this has been really hard on me. I cried a lot and it was really hard for me to actually be there in the room, looking into her eyes as she slipped away. I know its for the best, she was having a very tough time breathing, but its still not the same walking into my house and not hearing her bark. Again, thanks for the support, you guys (and girls ) are the best!

wow man, im sorry to hear. I have three dogs, and my oldest one is my first dog ever, still can remember my dad saying no to having a dog no matter how hard me and my sister tried. Then one day i remember walking in the house, after school and seeing a dog. Hes been through it all with me, and hes gettin old now and cant even bear to think of it. Best Wishes man! Later
