More ASE's for me!

well, I'll be taking 4 more ASE's in november. A2-automatic transmission/transaxle, A3-manual drivetrain &axles, A7-heating & A/C, and finally A8-engine performance. If I pass all of these (god I hope I do) then I'll have a1-a8 and then I just have to wait a little while and I'll be a master tech 8) . After that I think I'm gonna try for L1. Anyone else taking ASE's? Skorpion317, I know you're in trade school, are you taking any in november? I know someone else was in trade school, but I forget who it was...oops. I have to start studying more, I really want this.

My friend who works for Ford is getting sent out in november as well for the same tests. He droped out of Lincon Tech where he had to pay for it, and now his dealership is paying for 100% of it. Way better trade-off for him!

yea ima sign up for them bastards next week. iunno what im gonna take. or how many. iunno if im gonna take my machinist once or my automobile ones or alternate fuels or what.

yeah, i'm taking 4 in november as well:

1. A8 - Engine Performance (class i'm in right now)
2. A5 - Brakes
3. A1 - Engine Repair
4. A7 - HVAC

the other 4 will be done in march. I get out of school in may. I may be going on further to train with BMW in their elite program, i'm not sure yet.

A5 is easy and I didnt have much trouble with A1, so you should be good on those two.

Thats great that you're considering getting into the BMW step program. I should have done that, but I missed the interview day because none of my teachers told me about it . If you do decide to go that way, best of luck to you.
