Some Recent Issues
hey everyone,
we just had to suspend a member for the first time in the 14months the club has been together.
we do not want any misunderstandings about what we are about as a club and what we allow in the forums.
we apply a rather loose "PG13" rating to the board. it is stated on the forums list as a part of the lounge dscription. our goal is not to prevent any jokes, even those at the expense of other members are allowed as long as everyoen involved understands they are joking.
that being said, we had a member who clearly crossed the line last night. the matter posted went well beyond the stated PG13 rating.
for that reason we have temporarily suspended the posting privilages of that member. once both sides have had a little time to cool off we will review the situation and go from there.
i hope everyone understands that the rules have to apply the same to all members. that is the only way to make the equal and open enviroment that we have enjoyed in the club so far.
