alex you need some DRs on those 11" rears. you will be mid 13s easy if you practice your launches and pull a 1.9 60'.

Actually, at the track I did see a Corvette with chrome ZR1's with a BFG Drag Radial on them in 315/35/17. I know Nitto also has them in that size, but I wouldnt consider a drag radial or any new tire, till the ones I have are done. (315's are pretty expensive)

its a very popular size for drag radials.

well it's not like you would want to use DRs as a everyday tire on your car anyway so waht does the life of the current tires matter?

Alex, just get a set of 255 section DRs and stick them on the stock rims. Much better hook, and the 16s are sure to be lighter too
