Almost went postal at Transit. {RANT!!!}
Sometimes I cannot believe I have put up with chit like this at my job for the last 17 years...
I work for NJ Transit Rail Operations. It is a pretty good job, and I take my work seriously. I machine the wheels on the coaches and locomotives. So, if anyone here has ever ridden a NJT train, you've prolly ridden in a car that I had touched at one point or another. I take my job "for real" because people deserve a safe ride. I don't want it on my head if something malfunctions becasue of how the wheel was machined.
Anywho, Transit is filled to the brim with fat, lazy, bitches. Fuggin' scam artists who don't deserve to work on a Lionel train. And Transit is supposed to have a no smoking policy, but you will see everyone from managers on down puffing away like there is no tomorrow. So, wanna guess what my vice is? I like to lift weights on my down time. While all the other scumbags are sitting around chain smoking, reading the paper, talking on cell phones, sleeping, etc, I'm pounding out reps on a "homemade" barbell. Well, I had the barbell tucked halfway behind a locker, and supposedly a manager saw it. And he told one of the guys to "get rid of it." So, tonight I go into work, and the barbell is gone. Something told me that it was prolly buried in one of the dumpsters where the metal chips from the wheel lathe are dumped. So, I shoveled through about 300 lbs of chips and found my barbell. And I had a good workout. And then I locked it up.
So, THIS MEANS WAR!!! The first M'Fer that lights up around me is gonna see me drop a call to the Transit cops. I'm hoping it is gonna be one of the big shots having to explain to a cop why he is breaking policy. Let's see how big of a shot he is then...

where do you work exactly? lol my mommy and my stepdad and my grandfather(rip) all work(ed) for the rail side. and then my stepdads father and brother work for the bus side. and yea almost everyone who works for njt smokes... thats is except my fam. (btw. i dont consider my grandfather to be fam. so he doesnt count.)

And yeah, the company should be sponsored by Marlboro!

Well, yesterday I bit a few azzes, and made a manager tell a bunch of guys to put the smokes out. I told 'em that was strike 1, 2, and 3. Next time I call the cops.
And me n' my barbell had a NICE workout! My guns are still yelling for mercy!

haha my mom was a material planner at the mmc. maybe you know her.... casey zampese. or well within the last year... casey bello. (she just got married in feb.) also my stepdad worked at the lil desk on the left side of the truck bay... james bello. so yea... idk if u kno them or not but lol just figured id ask.
