Atco results / times!
I was soooo happy with my times
First time I had ever been to the track.
It's an M6 with SLP lid + catback
I got a 13.1 @ 109
best 60' = 1.93 (on my regular street tires) and then I proceded to miss third.
It was incredible going for my first time, i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about. eric helped me through everything so i'm sending out a shoutout-homie-thanx to the LT1 man

Good numbers. There's an easy 12 second pass in that car.

12.9 at 107 i beleive was my best of the night. good stuff ryan, def impressive. i had a hole handful of problems here and there with traction, launching, and my slave not engaging again. but overall good night. glad i broke in to the 12's. gotta add that to the time slip list.

haha yeah
12 second car with a 13 second driver
thanks guys =p
EDIT: for steve
first run I had TCS on the burnout, hit the rev limiter twice (was too flustered to shift), spun the tires entirely, (about a 3 second 60'), missed 2-3 and landed myself a solid 18.6ish lol

yeah...when i saw that 1.9 60' on street tires i nearly shat myself, he was 3 tenths quicker to the 330' on that run then his 13.1 run...had he not missed 3rd that would have been a 12.8, 12.9 at the most

why were you doing a burnout with street tires? just spin em a bit to clean them off...IIRC smoking the tires actually will give you less traction - street tires that is.

well u gotta go through the waterbox and to dry the tires u gotta really spin em. mainly because some folks drag the water out a good 15 feet past the box. i did a little clean off spin my first run, and i spun 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. so i just let off and cruised through the light, i wasnt goin ANYWHERE. lol

The trick to racing at Atco with street tires is to roll through the water VERY slowly, that way it doesn't splash as much. Then just spin 'em over a few more times than usual, and you're all set.

^^ Yeah, it was my 2nd time at the track ever and I managed a 12.96 @108.43 my first run of the night. Then I followed it up with a 12.94 @108.39 and then managed to top that with a new personal best of 12.91 @108.57. I pulled 1.95 60s' on street tires and to top it off I ran with 3/4 tank of gas All in all everyone had a good night.
