Fighting tickets?
Ok, so I got my first ticket in the new car already... it was a horrible night and a horrible trip down to AC...driving back at 5am on 295. I'm doing about 75 - 80 most of the way and then i get stuck behind some guy going about 60 and sorta swerving, so i assume drunk driver and/or overly tired, so i gun it past him doing about 90...within 5 seconds of gettin past him i see light flying up behind me and knew i was done for. Sure enough two state troopers pulled me over and anally raped me with tickets. not only did they give me a 90 in a 65, but they also threw in a "careless driving" ticket. when i asked what for he just said "u were doing 90 in a 65." Not only did the cops not pull over the guy swerving, they also pulled me over about 100 yards behind an accident and instead of checking on those people decided to bust my balls for 20 minutes.
So my question is to anyone (esp. someone who knows someone from Burlington County) what should I do besides get a laywer? Any loop holes that people are familiar with? I know to ask to see the radar tape and to see if the officer appears in court, but i'm lost as to how else I can fix this situation.

Best loophole is getting a lawyer that's local to whatever town the ticket is for, believe me. The system is nice and corrupt, you can take advantage of it, I've had lawyers that just walked up to the prosecuter, basicall said "hey buddy how ya doin," and got everything reduced or nicely dropped. Yea I've got my mom's friend coming with me, he knows a few of the prosecuters there, so hopefully he'll make the date the same day as his friends. Thanks for the best wishes, I'll let everyone know what happens.

Pfft. Careless?
I got 89 in a 50, Reckless and Out headlight. If I plead guilty thats 9 pts and possibly license for 3 months.Anyone know how the manchester judge is?
I just want to get rid of the reckless

Damn Poi Poi...must be quota season or something...good thing I didnt get the tint done or the car lowered yet. God only knows how many tickets he would have given me.
