ATTN: FASTBIRD
One of the guys at work I know just got back from a TDY and he said a boomer was talking **** on my car(more friendly, but still ****). He thinks his name was Ben, an A1C, and drives a silver camaro with T-Tops in the 32nd. Anyone you know. The plates say "call 911".
Someone just moved to the top of my hit list

Parish wants to be like me!!!lol. He does not have stock wheels....or computer...he has 4wd, 2 power adders....408 c.i. ...........
I'm stepping up to a bigger blower, gonna get some headers, gonna have Bill tune it.......should be right in parish's neighborhood with a little 364 cubic incher.
p.s. I still have stock wheels ( and exhaust manifolds and computer)

Yea, he's running a T-76 on a 408" block with a Megasquirt, right?
Still impressive, but it would be cooler if you could do the same with a blower and factory computer.

Yes and nitrous, I WILL be in the 10's next year. If I have to sell a kidney, so help me god I will be kicked off the track for going to fast. And it'll still be full weight, 364 c.i., stock intake, all the comforts of home ( including the TV), and able to tow my pop's Impala.

That's going to be a damn good race between you two guys. He's back in IN on leave for the holidays right now (if you can't tell he's a really good friend of mine).
FWIW, he's running an EXTREMELY well built 383, AFR heads, bumpy cam, ect. He's making in the 400's at the wheels on HP/TQ, and I can attest as I've driven and had both cars swatted bad by this thing. Your car should eek him out on the top end but it's gonna be a race.
I'll see if I can't help plan something out.
Ben knew of you through me because I have mentioned your car to him. FWIW he's not talking ****, so don't take it the wrong way. He's just as much of a car guy as you are.
I forgot, he's got the car back in IN right now and should be bringing it back mid spring. Gonna have to catch him quick because he's yanking the pistons ASAP after bringing it back and doing like me and going with a blower.

Doh! His car may be apart in may, possibly even back together with the blower (along with mine).
I think he's bringing it back in early April and we're IMMEDIATELY going to tear into it. Pull the motor to get the pistons swapped.
We all need to get together some time when the cars are all up and running though. McGuire's NJFBOA chapter.
