does anyone know anywere in north jersey to get my car appraised. i want to put my car on collecter car insurance so that its alot cheeper for me but when i called the insurance company they told me that i have to get the car appraised. i asked them if they know of any places that can do it and they said no, i would have to find one. so if anyone knows of a place please let me know. thanks alot.

Which insurance co are you going through? I use Hagerty and they don't require an appraisal. You give them the value of the car and they're cool with it as long as you're not claiming it's worth something riddiculously more than what it is. (I'm sure at some point they check it to be sure.) Then all you do is send them in a couple of pictures of the vehicle and then it's ready to go.
