UNSTABLE!!! Whats Up!!

I just joined this site.. because I found an old article I had written back in the day (around 97') for an American Motors publication (NAMDRA).. I was telling a few buddies about a guy I spoke withfrom that publication.. Who wrote some awesome articles as well.. Then I typed in the name and it led me here!! Unstable Bob Gable!!

And by the Posts I saw... I can tell It was him!!!

Whats up bro!! How have you been!!!

Thanks!! I haven't painted it as of yet.. but here is a link.. Where I photoshopped it to give it an ominous appearance..

http://vintageprojectcar.com/index.php?c=coming

Under the VPC Project cars, you can see the side shot.. I have the correct Christine side trim for it now.. So, when I get the scratch together for that.. Ill paint it and put on the trim.. Then it will look fairly good.. It has 43K original miles on it..

((I see you have a Mopar as well.. Any spare motors around that your selling?)) Worth an ask..

do you classify them as small because you made them go BOOM into many small pieces?

yeah, occasionally.

Island is my home track. Duke is still there, as he has been for 30 years or so. Some people love him, some hate him, but he's an awesome guy.

And jon, hopefully no more boom this season, otherwise you might be selling that 440 to me. Or there will be a certain dragster up for sale.

Tom Dalton, right? I never forget my fans!
Glad to see ya around here. We have a pretty diverse bunch, as you can prolly see. I show up for meets in my 73 AMX and nobody seems to mind. And that 73 AMX will one day be GM powered, so I will fit in even better.
I'm usually somewhere around this board, looking for trouble.

unfortunately, not. they don't seem to care that every import sold meant one american lost his job. it's been lonely here, being one of the few that hold fast and true to the "buy american" mantra.

never owned an import, never will.

i owned pontiacs for the first half of my driving life, chevies for the other half. i'm currently looking for a blue oval pickup, but the prices these guys want for their vintage metal is incredible. i'll catch one of them sleeping...
