when you start a new thread and are in the menu to type it up, scroll down to the bottom .... you'll see it

First you have to check the option to include a poll with your thread. Then choose the number of options you want in your poll. Then click on submit thread. After that a page will come up that asks you to enter the poll question and all of the poll options.

Then you place the pole in it and fill the rest with concrete.

Then you tie a rope to a pulley on the top of it.

Then you fly a flag from your new pole
