MTI Stage 2E Heads- Heads feature 2.02"in. valve and 1.57"ex. valve. Heads have been upgraded to a Comp Cams 978 dual valve springs. These are "241" castings. These heads have not been milled to increase compression and retain the factory 67cc combustion chambers. These heads will support a LARGE cam.
These heads have been assembled with new guides and seals. They have been checked and cleaned by "AES" Automotive Engine Specialists in Elk Grove, IL. I have receipts for the work. Ready to be bolted on and GUARENTEED no problems. $1500
Here is a link to MTI for more info on the heads:

MTI C1 Hammer Cam- 222/222 .566/.566 112 lsa 1k miles on this cam. $200
With these heads and cam have put an all motor full weight stock shortblock 6-Speed LS1 F-Body to a best of 11.02@122 w/1.50 60ft.
Car made 433RWHP and 411RWTQ, peak HP was @ 6400RPM

id say try those new prc dart heads & a high 220's duration cam on a 112 or 114 and be in the 450 rwhp range & be done with it for basically the same price.

Dart ls1 heads are like $850 and flow as well or better then any ported stock ls1 head but have generally a 5-10% smaller intake port which will keep velocity up=more tq for the same cfm flowed. They come with single springs but duals can be had for $200-250 if you want the added protection...go with a cam in the high 220's duration and 600ish lift on a 112-113lsa and you'll make more power, have a better tq curve & be just as driveable or better then that setup.

I've gotten conflicting info on how much stock darts cost...i read somewhere they were $850 for both and somewhere they are $850 each...can you confirm which is right? I think the prc's are like $1500 total but they are darts that prc ported so I wasnt sure whats what.

Fully assembled CNCed PRC Dart go for $900 a pair. Add in $250 for the PRC dual spring kit and up to $400 for new valves (2.04/1.575). Now you are at $1550.
