Can someone Identify this?

Anyone with long tubes on the LT1, do these look like standard small block headers, vette style headers, or F-body headers?

They have the LT1 style "D" Exhaust port...

definately don't look like f-body headers, impala ss headers is a good possibility.

Looks like a Pacesetter header. Mine are emission's headers and are coated but the pipes look the same. The Pacesetter headers are slip fit collectors just like in the picture.
Yup, I just checked my headers and the driver's side looks just like that. If you're considering buying them, make sure you get them coated. You can get the coated headers for around $360-375 so don't pay too much for uncoated headers.

Nope I just found out what brand they are and they are VERY good LT1 F-Body headers. Free is an awsome price! All I need is a Y-pipe for it.

It could be a Kook's F-body header. Is it stainless, it doesn't look like it. With the slip fit collector, you could probably try a Pacesetter y-pipe and might have to make minimal mods to get it to fit.
