I guess there was a certain amount of "shock" factor involved as to how I came about driving it. It belongs to my neice's boyfriend, and he knows I'm a mucho motorhead, so he threw me the keys and said "HIT IT!" I guess there is nothing wrong with trying out the "enemy!" lol

Gotta agree the Mini is a neat little car, BMW got it right!. Guy at work has one that has some optional supercharger performance package and the thing is a real kick to drive, like driving a go-kart!

as much as it pains me to admit it, the mini is a cool little car. off the showroom floor they are fairly quick, they handle like they are on rails, and you can't beat 30+mpg on the highway.
i still woudln't buy one cause that is waaayyyyyy too small a car for me, but i will give respect where it is due. bmw did a good job owith them.
