The thread to end all questions aboout the clash

Question1) is there any fees at the gate for the BBQ?
2)Is it ok if we bring the car and trailer for the BBQ and leave it for the race?
3)if we leave the car for sunday do we pay for the race when we get to the gate on sunday?
4) the fee to race or show is $30 or is it $30 on top of whatever atco wants to bang us for?
5)is the BBQ food going to be supplied and sold by njfboa or is it freebie for club members or it is byo food and atco supplies the grill or what?
6)what time does first time shot start?
7) how many time shots do we get b4 first round?
8) will the races be lined up as camaro vs firebird or just king of the hill?
9)if we get knocked out first round can we make time shots for the rest of the day?
10)will the track be fully prepped and staffed?
11)will the tiki bar have enough captian morgan or are they going to run out again? (cause i have to have my buzz on to make a clean pass)

Ok admins i think that is all i can think of for now
Josh

1 ?
2. Maybe, I'm sure there is a fee if they let you.
3. Yes
4. 30 race and 15 for non race
5.
6.Gates open @ 9am - Time Trials @ 10am
7. Depends on how many cars show uip.. Could be 2-3 could be 10 (With the temps in the 90's for Sunday I would not push the car that hard
8. Add said Camaro vs Firebird - I'm sure you will see Camaro vs Camaro if there are not enough cars to match each other.
9. ? Depends on the track and how many cars are there
10. Depends.. If they have a fast class they will prep it. The Heat will kill the track all the oil will come out when the track temp hits over 100

BBQ = free, starts at 3pm. just tell them you are there for the BBQ at the gate. food is being supplied by atco raceway, we jsut have to operate the grill.
leaving a trailer for the race is something you will have to ask the track.
it is $30 to participate in eitehr race or show, no other fees. $14 to spectate
track is fully prepped and staffed as they will be running a few other activities in the other lanes. i know bikes are one of the things that is going on.
gates on sunday are 9am, first car off around 10. number of time shots will depend on the number of cars. like bandit said, temps in the mid 90's + above 80% humidity + NHRA right up the road, i am not counting on drawin a crowd of thousands

lol yeah. the odds of a big turnout are def. not in our favor. which i guess is good in a way to get a few good passes in this time, instead of ONE. lol

btw, what time do they shut down the lanes sunday?
