need a guy to paint my car.

THose anyone one know a resonable place to have my car painted i got a quote of 3800 to paint the car. The car is already primered needs to be sanded and reprimered and then painted that it. Looking to do a pearl paint job if anyone can suggest some one let me know thank you enrico.

little ants customs in williamstown he's coming to take my car in an hour and a half it will be gone for a month, its going right to media blast first, hes doing a black paint job with two strips up the cowl. gonna run me 4grand, his paint jobs have been winning first choice at ever show they go to.

4 grand for an award winning paintjob is dirt cheap, especially if it's being media blasted. I'd love to check it out when it's finished if you don't mind.

enrico, to have a car sanded smooth, reprimed and painted 3800 is reasonable. if you go for any less, you wont be happy with the quality. yes painting a car is expensive but most of us have no choice and must pay other people. Even if you knew how to paint, which im learning, supplies would cost at least 1000(most likely a decent amount more) plus all your time to sand and prep, and maybe even rent a booth so its always gonna be a costly improvement. My monte just needed minor bodywork finished and primer/paint and through a friend, the shop wouldnt touch it for under 2500, i ended up having a neighbor spray it just for cost of supplies, but with the result i wish i paid the 2500.

I agree with SmokingSS. A good paint job is all about the prep work.
