manifold design

well im putting my new combo together, but theres a few problems with my new combo, the aluminum heads im using use a special intake that wont clear i distributor,i could swap to dis but i dislike dis ign,and its alot of work to do the swap anyway, and i already have my msd stuff for my dizzy setup,

so my only option is to build a from scratch manifold,if this was a carbed motor id have no problem, but since this is a fuel injected/forced induction motos im at a loss.
anyone here have any experiance with this

my plan is to build a sorta carb style manifold with the foward facing tb. but i have no idea what optimal runner lenght, plenum sizes would be.

like to i want to build large plenum/short runers.or large plenum long runners, etc
this car does see daily street use but i need a good design for hi rpm racing, even if i have to sacrifice some down low power for street driving
