I have a quick answer for this, but the damn bleeding hearts don't want to hear it. Pull our troops out then drop about 1,000 bombs on Iraq and turn it into the worlds biggest parking lot. Take control of the oil wells and if anyone has a problem with it let them eat **** and die.

some of that has Merritt - but Iraq is the starting point -- what 1/2 of this country believes from the left news is all about -- look the other way, or if we extend an olive branch they wont hate us --- to a normal thinking person thats the liberal phenomenon --- its all bull they are not going away they want us all dead for religious reasons --- and more people have died world wide over religion in the past 5000 years than anyone can count --- so whats the answer we all know what the left wants --NO MORE WAR --- NO BLOOD FOR OIL -- DON'T PROFILE ANYONE --don't let the government listen to my phone calls invasion of my privacy ---BTW no one gives a rats a%% about what you are talking about --- its the berka bunch in Paterson NJ and other places ) but the ACLU now theirs a bunch for ya if any one is hell bent on destroying America they are -- so what is the answer Iraq is a mess the people of Iraq are killing each other --- the US at a stall -- Iraq's people and almost the entire Arab world want a ( gee hod ) its a religious thing -- they are not strong enough to take on Iran and that would happen just like the camaruse in Cambodia they killed everyone with a 4 grade education and up in the entire country ( 3 or 6 million people i think ) after we left Vietnam --- than it was called ( steaming the tide of communist expansion ) Iraq would be a much bigger problem once we leave than they ever were ( and the left would say -- why did we do it ) good question -- ( if you want to pick a fight try a weak opponent first and maybe you can put a show of force that has an affect --- when Iran has a NUKE missile not if when -- that can reach Israel it will light up the sky but most on the left do not believe just like what happened in Cambodia -- its true if your eyes are closed you cant see it coming --- they the Koreans on 4th of July shot off missiles that could carry nukes i guess the left sees it as what ---- just a coincidence ---- i don't it was a warning just like a rattle snake it give you a -- look at me i am a bad dude --- someone show me how i have lost my way and its not like this please dont MF me it only shows well anyway pick it out how am i wrong or what would do if you could jz

I don't want to turn this into a debate, so I deleted what I wrote originally. The whole situation sucks, and my thoughts and prayers are with the troops. Thank God for those hospitals.

sucks to be those soldiers, i know plenty of people in service or who have been there and it awlays sucks to see when one get hurt in the line of duty.

get off the fence stand up for what you actually believe to be right and whats the truth as you see it ( and stand on that as your position ) if you waffle you done no one will take you serious jz

i completelty agree with wat firehawk sed, and thats what i sed wen this whole deal started, were not guna be able to fix the problem, we need to get rid of the problem. the kids over there are raised and taught to hate Americans, the only way to stop that is get rid of em!

I'm not on the fence at all, but I think there is a time and a place for political debate, and in the midsts of soldiers lying cut and bleeding in a hospital does not seem like one of them. Policy shouldn't be based so highly on emotions...just look at how easily our country was controlled following 9-11. If you really want to know my views, look at the WW3 thread or PM me.

todays event goes to just what this is all about -- and i really hope you did not think i used our young men who defended you and i for some kind of political soap box gain --- places like this are the correct places --- some have no idea what is happening to our young veterans --- the only way i can answer you is to say i know first hand how those guys in a VA hospital feel --- i with many others have spent many hours helping out my brother veterans here in jersey at Lyons --- and the average person has no idea the kind of damage war causes--- in mine hill their is a young guy who has lost both legs the car club the Wanderers has managed to reach out to all 400 members and the guys weather vets or not all pulled together and helped to start building this vet a house--- with wide door ways and all the things he will need plumbers masons floor guys almost all the labor was donated and lots of people have pitched in to help with money --- my hope is the wars that are going on can have some affect and its not all for nothing -- i cant get out of my head --- the liberals at the NY Times -- who printed the story about the a plot the United States had, and it was following the money trail and the times was asked not to print it by Bush himself --- when they were told buy a leaker about it ( the reason for the phone taps ) in and out of the US to Arab countries not Americans talking to mom --- What they did in the time our country was founded the owners of the times would have been dragged from their houses and shot in the street for what they did cant believe the liberal mind set -- jz
