I need LT1 Tuning Help!!

Is there anyone on the boards that can get a real basic tune going on my car so that its driveable?

Would it be safe to drive my car un-tuned for a day or to?

Im probably going to do a MadZ28/PCM4Less tune but Im a little strapped for cash right now.

You will probably be OK for a day of EASY driving, as long as you havn't installed different injectors. The ECM will adjust the fuel enough although it probably woun't hold an idle (306 cam correct?) as they normally have to move the idle up a few RPMs (and whatever else they do to make them idle).

My 383 ran on the stock tune and injectors, didn't idle and did have a flat spot around 2G's. But I did manage to drive around the block with the front clip off 8)

1) Build it
2) Race it
3) Break it
4) Repeat!!!

but yeah like John said as long as you didnt change the injectors you "should" be ok...the idle is the only thing that may or may not be good...not sure how well obd1's react to larger cams, but you'll probably be ok for a few days.

Yep, CC306, and currently running the stock injectors. Hopefully It will idle enough to at least move the car around the shop.
