yeah ya know what Rutgers is the SAME exact way in that when there is really important stuff in the mail it takes FOREVER but when they kick ya outta school you get the letter RIGHT AWAY!

no cause if you just leave and dont request a leave, they will drop you from enrollment and you would have to do the whole enrollment bs all over again...this way they know your still enrolled just taking some time off...it's like this at any school...and yes, i get letters like 6 weeks later than the date...
