Flowtech warlock mufflers

anyone ever use them? sound good? i need to redo the exhaust on the new stang, im getting a BBK h-pipe from Ian, so now i need a catback. considering this:

that way i can make it really stupidly loud if i want, or just have a nice sound. any input?

I've heard crappy things about them....mostly that they don't sound good and they tend to rust out quickly.

They are pretty cheap quality. We cut up a few of them at work, and not only are they heavy they are porrly made. Only good thing is you can slap a electric cut-out on the ends.
