FS: 1994 3.4L Firebird

The car has a head gasket problem and probably needs a new engine, but being that most of you on here know people you could probably get a decent engine cheap or build your own. The body only has 90k on it and is in pretty good shape other than one head light motor malfunctioning. It has a ram air hood and flowmaster exhaust and the auto transmission shifts perfectly. Heres the ad I have on cars.com http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...g&aff=national I'm just trying to get some money back on it--blue book value of the car in good condition is around 3700, I'll take around 2800 or so. Make an offer if youre interested. The car runs, just has power loss and over heats once its been running for a little while.

Well, technically I never had the car checked for anything, but my stepdad brought it to his mechanic friend and he said thats probably what it is based on the scent of hydrocarbons from somewhere, idk it was like a year ago.

kbb values the car in poor condition at 3055, good at 3540 and excellent at 3920, and it was 2 years ago that you sold it to me--i guess what youre saying is the value of the car went up then?
