PROMS for the cc quadrajet

I have a cc quadrajet carb on an 87 T/A.I've seen some things about buying software to create your own PROMS , but the ones I've seen are mostly for fuel injection if anyone knows of some sort of custom tuning software for cc quadrajets please let me know because I want to see if it'll be cheaper to keep the cc carb and custom tune the ecm or just go with the old style vacuum advance distributor and an aftermarket carb.

anything that will help you can still be done with mechanical changes.. I.e. jets and total timing. Some of the older chips for the cc carb cars just threw the enigne lite on and the car in limp mode which made it feel a little better off idle but actually gave very little actual improovement if any.
