im about half way done the game and it is pretty easy. alot easier then underground (or atleast it feels that way), but i havent gotten a new car yet. when the hell do you get to upgrade your car?? i started with the rx8 and unlocked a few cars then i realized that to play with them in career mode id have to put them in my garage..... wrong!

when do u get to buy a new car?

i just run from the cops mainly, so my game progress is like 17%, and i unlocked like 4 cars already, i just cant afford buying them

i got the Camaro, The Charger and i just bought the RX8 since it handles alot better than the muscle

oh, i agree.. thats what the other 2 are for..but for some of these races, i gotta make turns.. and believe me.. i didnt buy the RX8.. my buddy did after he kept losing with the charger

i used the camaro all the way up until the last few races. then i switched to the porsche for a race or two, and the lmabo merc once i unlocked it for hte last 5 race or so.
the chalenge series stuff is actualy harder than the career mode stuff. right now i have career mode 100% done, about 2/3 of the challenge cards, and all but one of the challenge races completed.

i started with the camaro originally and found it really hard to control. once i got the controller (im playin it on my computer) i started with the RX8 and it was soo much easier. about 5am this morning i hooked up a charger and damn she flies! 170 with no problem at all the only thing is i gotta get used to drifting it around corners and stuff.

if you guys have all those cars unlocked and are around the same point i am why the hell can i buy any???

one other thing for the speedbreaker reward card,how do i get it? ive used it a few times during persuits and didnt get it. do i need to use it during a race??

look on your World Map... look for the "Car lot" go there, buy car... DONE

ahhh ok. this is the first "free roam" NFS ive actually done a career in, im used to the way stuff worked in underground

I beat that game so long ago... and playing on xbox 360 live... i got to xp level 46 in about 5 days ... i am like 150+ wins and like 25 loses... corvette is the fastest car in the game. I used the camaro, charger srt8 and the vette to beat the game... its a walk in the park.

i think the Mercedes-McLaren or the porsche GT are the fastest cars/best cars in the game

Porcshe Carrea (in the game) can top out at around 300+mph McLaren is a tank... the only reason people use Vettes on Xbox Live is because they are QUICK off the line (if u launch them correctly) ... I have never lost on Petersburg Damn or Mission Street =)

I played with the euro cars in that one for handling. I used the alfa romeo for a few races till i got the lotus elise, and played that thing out till the very end when i picked up the GT40, and jsut beat the game, and i dunno, i liked the underground series more, you could custmoize more, and these story lines dont get indepth too much, i like that, instead of this repetative race win race win. there needs to be more of a storyh, or at least enlighten us more on it. thank god for the challenge series or it'd be collecting dust on my shelf. adn i hate how somethings cant be put together in the customizing, like when you customize a hood , you cant have a body kit on it unless its one of those customize kits, stupid. nice selection of cars, but the game was a little dull, and not even a challenge. I think EA needs to sit down and pull a Gran Turismo,instead of coming out with something each year, wait a few years, dont rush the development team,and make a decent game. Gran Turismo FTW!!!!!!!!!

The corvette is very fast, but I don't care for the handling on it.

I started with the Camaro, bought the Monaro, then the Caymen. Now I have the STi, fully upgraded, and I'm only a few races away from finishing career mode. Still haven't unlocked the Lambo Merc.

I enjoy it.....and I enjoy watching Tim spaz about the storyline almost as much as playing.....

I'm waiting anxiously for Forza 2 though......

i started with the camaro, the charger, won most of the special versions of the cars. I used the vette near the end, best accel, handling is iffy but not bad.

I like the Concept Camaro even though you cant use it in career mode. oh and cant forget about the Audi Le Mans.

Started with the camaro unlocked the 240sx beat the game with that and then bought a corvette Z06 for use on XBL only at XP level 9 dont play it alot. Rather play Halo 2. Bigdaddy what is your XBL gamertag????
