Need to buy/borrow a tool... J41665 or a bolt...

I dont know where to get one, other than at a GM dealer(?), and i dont want to even know how much it would cost.

the tool is a kent-moore J 41665. It is for installing a new balancer on the engine (LS1 and others). I had a hell of a time installing the last balancer and i cant seem to find a regular metric bolt long enough(longer than the GM balancer bolt) to get it started. The bolt thread is 16Mx2.0 and would need to be at least 4.5" under the shoulder. I looked online and the longest os 100mm(just under 4")

Let me know if anyone can help me out with this. I'd need it by tuesday or Wed. morning the latest.
