how much does it cost to have 4 bolt

im building a new block for my car and im gonna do a splayed 4 bolt conversion does any one know how much would i have to spend at a machine shop for them to drill and tap the new holes???

To install the splayed caps requires more than drilling and tapping the holes. A line bore needs to be done as well. The labor for the conversion usually runs $300 - $500 depending on the machine shop.
