$374.99 does not include the y-pipe. Are you keeping smog and EGR?

I got mine through Summit Racing, deleted EGR and AIR. Speed-Engineering seems like the best price, but you'll need this y-pipe and its not on their e-catalog.

ALSO:
I would order O2 extensions. They give you wire to extend your O2 sensor leads, but its just easier to get these 24" long flat 4 pin extensions (2 of them).....

And definetly go with the OTVC plug wires too ..... my stock route didnt last too long
Its the second to last item here...

well what year is your car. Pre-96 and its just unbolting your AIR pump. 96-97 if you pull the AIR pump you'll throw a code.
Egr will need programmed out no matter what year or the PCM will hate you. Plan on a tune if your taking those out.

Not to mention also if you have a 96-97 f-body a catless y-pipe will make you throw a code also...

At first glance Speed Engineering would seem to be the best price, i just bought a set with y pipe from them, but they dont tell you shipping is $50.00 until after you pay for the headers, then you get billed the $50.00 later. If i had it to do over again i would use Summit, they dont charge for shipping, you will have them faster, and its the same price, plus if you have a problem, they are great to deal with. They both sell the y pipe for the same price. Its hard to beat Summit or Jegs for price, they are the Walmart of performance parts.
