i think that is the quickest/fastest ever on a true 10.5 tire. the lynch mustang is in the low 6.7's but running a larger tire with a weight penalty.
the old true 10.5 record was a 6.944 if i am not mistaken. record wasn't even a whole season old yet.

yea, that was the quickest 10.5 side by side race ever. The old record was a 6.90 @ 211 by Joe Newsham in his blue twin turbo 03 Cobra that was only a few months old.
