6 degrees of Mark Donohue
I went to NYC with a group of people to see "The Blue Man Group" tonight, and it RULED!!!! Anywho, after the show we went to eat at a diner, and I found out that one of the couples was from Summit. I asked them if they knew where St Theresa's cemetary was, and it turns out they live right up the street from it. The lady then asked me how I knew about the cemetary, and I replied a famous race car driver is buried there. Then the guy said "Oh yeah, Mark Donohue. My dad was their family doctor!" HOLY SMOKES!!!!! The guy said he had all kinds of Donohue stuff when he was a kid, but it was all lost in a house fire years ago. But wow, what a small world!!!
