Island this Friday 11/2
Call me a lazy bastard because I didn't make it this past Sunday, but tough.
However it looks like me and some buddies will be going this Friday.
I should be racing the Exploder against my buddies 98 lifted jeep w/CAI, full exhst.
Also racing we should have a 13 sec 96 Mustang GT, a v6 stang w/gears, CAI, exhst, 86 crown vic, and a probably 13 sec 69 nova. Others may be coming not sure yet. Plus y'all if you guys come.

What a small world.

He told me he posted there and said he'll run 19...I think he'll be faster than that but idk by how much. His name is Craig.

Most people there don't know much at all about drag racing, let alone drag racing in good NJ air
I saw guesses for him to run anywhere from a 15.0 - mid 19s.
I'm gonna guess that he'll run a mid 16 if he's geared properly for the larger tires.

He's not though that's what makes it interesting. He has stock gears as far as he knows.

Ouch....is it an automatic or 5 speed?
Stock gears + 33s = sloooow acceleration.

Autotragic
31s
I've ridden in it...didn't feel significantly slower than the Exploder

305/70/16s = 32.8" tall = 33s, not 31s
Either way it's still undergeared. I have 31s and 4.11 gears in my auto, and it's just a little off from stock as far as the ratio goes.

I posted on JF.com that I figured he would run a mid 16 in this air.
Earlier this year squirrel ran his mid 90s Cherokee Country (bone stock AFAIK) to a 16.2 at Atco.
