It has to be sitting in a warehouse somewhere and they need somebody to get off their *** and locate it. That's unacceptable! I think all the shipping companies have warehouses for unclaimed or unidentifiable packages. So even if your shipping label got messed up, somebody should be able to locate a transmission in a blue container!

I definately agree with you. the total package weight was 150lbs and its in a 3'x2'x2' bright blue sealed rubbermaid container

Nevermind the insurance! You paid good money to ship that trans with their company. Make 'em find it or pay for it.

That happened w/ my buddies trannny - we went to the place where it was supposed to arrive.... and found it sitting on a crate.
For some reason they couldn't find it.... they work there..... we don't.... and we found it within 2 min of walking into the building?!?!?!
Best of luck.

that makes me feel a lil better, because i was starting to think that somebody took it. it was either at the allentown PA DHL hub or back in wilmington, Ohio at the sorting station (where they havent seen it either) looks pretty much like this one- its 45 or 50 gallon container with lil wheels on it, blue in color and 150lbs.

REWARD $50 for whoever finds my trans there!!!! i know they just told me allentown 2 hrs ago now its wescosville PA where it last was... and the sorting station in wilmington, ohio is so big and they searched the whole facility. ok its near allentown, not all hope is lost. anyone live near that dhl hub out there and wanna make 50 bucks?

Ugh!!! That sucks. Isnt there anything that can be done about it...I mean you did pay a pretty penny for shipping through them. Its THEIR JOB to make sure that it gets to where its suppose to.....not yours! Good luck with it!!! Hopefully it turns up soon!!!!

you have alot of money invested in this transmission right? my advice to you is this, give someone incentive to go find it. give the finder like $300 finders fee to get that transmission. i bet you someone is bound to get off their butt and go find it. $300 sure beats being down $2700
