Johnson's Powder Coating in Burlington.

I have dealt with these guys for various items, Valve Covers, Intake, Headers (Re-Coat)
Price is inline with most other places and the turn around is good. My intake and valve covers turned out great. The header re-coat turned out good, but the didn't last quite as long as I would have hoped. Probably not their fault, but just my experience.
my intake and valve covers in the upper right:

a pic of my headers are attached. They came out great, but the collectors are starting to show signs of flaking. I am sure it is more difficult to re-coat a set and get good adhesion then to coat a set for the first time.

First question; does anyone know of a good ceramic coating place in central Jersey?
Second question; does anyone know if you can ceramic coat a header that has already been ceramic coated? I bought my car with Grot headers and had my custom header back system made with them on(ball and socket flanges). The headers don't really need to be re-coated but I was seeing if I can get that done if I wanted to in the future. I am not sure if you can strip ceramic coating. I would like to get SS headers but that would also mean another trip to Mufflex to modify my y-pipe.
Thanks for any info.
