Disabling the smog pump in a 32B style bin, or even 6E (89) does next to nothing. the computer compensates in open loop only in the beginning by changing o2 threshholds by 100mv or so...
fan temperatures aren't a set-in-stone type of deal...depending on engine, trans, rear, etc is how GM deciding what temperature to have the fans come on, spark timing can change in a stock bin based on temp which is why...
typically primary i think comes on a bit over 200, secondary is whatever the passenger head fan switch is set to ground the relay at...most likely 225+ iirc.
cold start injector is based on a coolant temperature, the 32B style definition (87-88 ) has no real control over cold start pulse width, its still only in control over the 2 banks. all the 89s did was have a fatter startup, eliminating the need for the cold start injector. which is why it needs to be unplugged, 6E def + cold start injector=really really really fat at startup. but i would recommend upgrading to the 6E style def as it is more refined...
